Please note that before your order has been invoiced and emailed, your order is not confirmed and your payment is in reserve. Pricing and your order is not binding until your order has been confirmed by us and has been invoiced and emailed. Before this point, all orders are pending . If the price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before accepting your order or notify you that the order has not been accepted.
All products are subject to availability and may become "out of stock" between the period of your payment and payment confirmation. If we do not supply the goods for any reason and payment has been made we will refund any money already paid . However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there is a responsible person at the delivery address to inspect and to sign for the goods. We cannot accept liability for goods that have been signed for in error . Please note that our couriers will bill you if no one is at the address on the day of delivery
Do to the nature of the products, we cannot guarantee or insure that the products will be delivered without damage, any products which get sent out via courier are sent out at your own risk, we advise that you collect your order from us or use your own courier to do so.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you may return the products for a refund. All products need to be sealed and in its original, unopened condition. The customer will be liable for the shipping charges to return the unopened product, and also for an additional handling fee of 15%. Please note that it is a supplier condition of sale. The acceptance of the return of any goods is at the sole discretion of the supplier and this clause shall not be used to imply that the supplier shall be obliged to accept the return of any goods.
